- Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor customer service standards and ensure all customers receive exceptional service.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations professionally.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store employees.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Create staff rosters that meet business needs.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, receiving, and replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and manage shrinkage and wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of items.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
5. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
- Implement promotional displays and seasonal layouts.
- Maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
