Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials and supplies.
  • Ensure proper inventory management practices (FIFO,LIFO, stock rotation).
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions in the system.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records.
  • Coordinate with departments to understand stock requirements and avoid shortages.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Manage documentation (GRN, issue slips, invoices).
  • Liaise with vendors for delivery schedules and quality issues.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
