We are seeking a skilled Purchase Executive & Store Manager preferably with an Electrical background to handle procurement and store operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Excel, experienced in vendor management, and capable of managing inventory in a structured and efficient manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for electrical components, materials, and other required items.
- Negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure timely delivery and track supplier performance.
- Analyze purchase data for cost control and better planning.
Store Management Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials (electrical & general).
- Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain updated inventory records.
- Ensure materials are arranged safely and systematically.
- Coordinate with departments for timely distribution of materials.
- Prevent stock discrepancies through proper documentation and monitoring.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of electrical materials/components (preferred)
- Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS, etc.)
- Expertise in procurement and inventory control
- Strong negotiation & vendor management abilities
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical (preferred)
- Candidates with a technical background will be given priority
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in purchase, stores, or supply chain
