J ob Title: Store Keeper – Construction (UAE Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store all construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report shortages promptly.
• Issue materials as per site requirements and keep detailed logs.
• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile with physical stock.
• Manage tools and equipment log for issuance and returns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the construction industry within the UAE.
• Knowledge of construction materials and site logistics.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
