About the job:
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring proper inventory management, documentation of stock movements, and coordination with the GIT team for system enhancements or issue resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safety standards are maintained within the store and surrounding areas.

Receive, verify, and document incoming spare parts against required documentation.

Organize and allocate inventory properly on shelves and storage areas.

Recommend optimal stocking levels and manage reordering through Purchase Requisitions (PR).

Issue inventory items to technicians as per approved requests and update records in Oracle Fusion (OF).

Ensure diesel stock levels are maintained to meet operational needs.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, open storage areas, and scrap/oil zones.

Manage waste disposal within the workshop premises.

Verify work orders (WOs) are properly filled, endorsed, and processed.

Submit quarterly asset verification reports to the INV Officer/EM.

Support the Inventory Supervisor in generating and analyzing store-related reports.

Ensure strict adherence to Oracle Fusion procedures and workflows.
Qualifications:
-
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Supply Chain/Logistics preferred).

4–5 years of experience in store and inventory management.

Strong working knowledge of Oracle-based inventory systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC applications.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
