Job Summary:
Responsible for handling and monitoring construction materials used in hotel development/renovation projects. Ensures timely receipt, proper storage, stock tracking, and issue of civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials as per site requirements while maintaining documentation and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:Material Receipt & Verification
- Receive construction materials and verify quantity, quality, specifications against PO/Invoice.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and report discrepancies or damages.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement team, and project/site engineers.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain storage areas in an organized manner with proper labeling and segregation.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder needs, and material consumption trends.
- Implement FIFO for consumables and preventive measures for loss/pilferage.
Issuing & Documentation
- Issue materials to site teams as per authorized requisitions.
- Maintain daily stock registers, material issue records, and bin cards.
- Support monthly and quarterly inventory audits and reconciliation.
Material Handling & Safety
- Ensure safe handling and proper stacking of heavy, fragile, and hazardous materials.
- Maintain storage conditions for cement, tiles, sanitary ware, electrical fittings, paints, etc.
- Monitor expiry/shelf life sensitive materials (cement, chemicals, adhesives).
Reporting & Coordination
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and finishing departments for material requirements.
- Prepare stock summary, consumption, and wastage reports for management.
- Assist in tracking supplier returns and unused materials.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Diploma in Store Management / Supply Chain preferred.
- 2–6 years experience as Store Keeper in construction or real estate projects.
- Knowledge of civil & MEP materials, tools, and hardware.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
