Storekeeper – Hospitality

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage day-to-day inventory and supplies for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotels, resorts, or catering environments, with strong organization and stock control skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store food, beverages, housekeeping materials, and general supplies.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
  • Issue items to kitchen, housekeeping, and service departments as required.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper rotation.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and report shortages.
  • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage standards in storerooms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a storekeeper in hospitality / hotel / catering environment.
  • Knowledge of food supply storage, temperature standards, and stock rotation.
  • Strong record-keeping, organization, and basic computer skills (Excel preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
