Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales growth in assigned regions, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Manage and mentor sales executives, ensuring performance targets are met
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions

Remote Work
- This is a 100% remote role
- No travel required; client acquisition is conducted via calls only
- Salary may be fixed within 1 month if performance targets are achieved early
- Compensation structure will be finalized based on performance outcomes during probation
