Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Support the development and execution of annual and long-term strategic plans.
  • Evaluate new business models, partnerships, and investment opportunities through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Develop strategic frameworks to guide executive decision-making and prioritization of key initiatives.

Performance Measurement

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational progress toward strategic goals.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide senior leadership with visibility into strategic outcomes.
  • Perform variance analyses and identify root causes for performance deviations.

Research & Insights

  • Gather and interpret data from internal systems, market intelligence platforms, and third-party research.
  • Summarize insights and present findings to leadership in a clear, data-driven narrative.
  • Benchmark performance against industry peers and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to align strategy with execution.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, workshops, and special projects across the organization.
  • Support business case development for new initiatives and organizational changes.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities (written and verbal).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
