Department
OPERATIONS - DUKHAN

Primary purpose of job
Develop Business plan and monitor the business planning activities of departments.

Prepare, review, analyze and coordinate various reports generated by operations.

Develop and document high level business processes that are in line with operation philosophy, policies and objectives.

Assist in the review and analysis of KPI for production, injection and export data, unplanned data and HSE performance.

Strategic review and analysis of long term OMD business plans considering integrated shutdowns, maintenance and

upgrade projects.

Coordinate benchmarking of facilities with corporate departments.

Monitor OE projects and ensure that these initiatives are in line with OE and CI program

Experience & Skills
Min 10 years experience in operational excellence and CI with at least 7 years in strategic planning work experience.

Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferable MBA degree in Finance, economics or business planning.
