About the Role


Red Hill Consulting (RHC) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy, Data & AI Consultant to join our consulting team. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels at transforming complex organizational challenges into clear, strategic, and forward-looking solutions. As an RHC Consultant, you will work with cross-functional technical and operational teams to shape data governance frameworks, AI adoption strategies, and technology roadmaps that support enterprise-wide modernization.


This position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact initiatives, guide organizational data maturity, and help design responsible, innovative AI capabilities that enhance efficiency, transparency, and long-term digital readiness.


The role is part-time (four days per week) with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position based on performance and project needs.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Data Governance Strategies that strengthen organizational data quality, transparency, and accessibility.
• Create comprehensive AI Adoption and AI Governance roadmaps, including culture-change initiatives and staff upskilling plans.
• Conduct organizational Data Maturity Assessments and recommend actionable steps to elevate maturity across people, processes, and technologies.
• Integrate Responsible AI principles into strategic planning, ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI solutions.
• Establish a curation and evaluation process for new AI innovations and use cases.
• Build and implement AI Governance and Risk Assessment processes tailored to enterprise environments.
• Identify and define the people, processes, and technology architecture required to operationalize AI successfully.
• Lead and manage data governance initiatives, from discovery and planning through successful delivery and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the Data & AI strategy aligns with organizational needs and broader digital transformation goals.
• Solve complex information, data, and technology challenges by designing solutions that demonstrate measurable value.
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to improve collaboration and drive operational efficiency.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign project work to ensure successful, timely execution.
• Facilitate working groups through interviews, workshops, process mapping, and business analysis activities.

Qualifications & Skills




Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years leading AI strategy or executing AI initiatives in mid-to-large organizations.
• 5+ years working in or with engineering, design, or construction organizations.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and storage tools.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional AI platforms or tools.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise architecture.
