Description


We’re looking for a motivated and curious Strategy & New Business Intern to join our Strategy and Growth team.

At Imagination, we create transformative brands, destinations, and cultural experiences that connect people and ideas in meaningful ways. As part of this mission, our Strategy & Growth team drives insight-led thinking and identifies new opportunities to help clients shape the future of experiences across the region.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career talent eager to learn how research, storytelling, and strategy come together to inspire creative solutions and business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Research & Insights:
  • Conduct research into cultural, destination, and brand sectors across the Middle East
  • Gather and analyse data on audience behaviours, trends, and innovations that inspire new ideas.
  • Summarise findings into clear insights, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
New Business Support:
  • Research and develop a database of profile new clients, projects, and partnership opportunities
  • Support the creation of credentials, pitch decks, and strategic proposals.
  • Maintain and update new business trackers and research databases.
  • Support with business marketing plan and campaigning .
Team & Culture:
  • Work closely with strategic and client teams to prepare project presentations and materials
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute research, insights, and fresh thinking.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the Strategy & Growth team running smoothly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree
  • 0–1 year of experience (internship or entry-level experience in strategy, marketing, or creative industries)
  • Interest in research and analytical work; able to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English / Arabic is beneficial
  • Confident using PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel / Sheets, and basic online research tools.
  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about culture, creativity, and how strategy drives innovation.
