We are hiring a skilled Structural BIM Modeler with strong experience in Revit to develop accurate and coordinated structural BIM models for ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D structural BIM models using Revit
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes
• Prepare structural shop drawings and reinforcement detailing as required
• Update models based on site instructions, design revisions, and RFI responses
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans
• Assist in producing schedules, quantities, and technical documentation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in Structural BIM Modeling
• Proficiency in Revit Structure and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of structural elements, RCC, steel, and detailing standards
• Immediate joiners preferred
