Structural Draughtsman

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be in charge of creating shop drawings and detailed structural drawings, liaising with Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams, making sure that design standards and local authority requirements are followed, and assisting the design team at every stage of the project.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and other drafting software; and a solid grasp of building systems, Construction procedures, and structural detailing. Proficiency in creating and overseeing structural blueprints for tall buildings.
• Understanding the needs of UAE authorities, such as DDA, DM, Nakheel, and Trakhees.
• A bachelor's or diploma in civil engineering or structural drafting; the capacity to precisely interpret architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
• Outstanding organizing abilities and attention to detail.
• The capacity to fulfill deadlines and operate under pressure.

Qualification:

Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 4 to 5 years of Dubai Experience in Consultancy.

Fully conversant and proficient in structure design software E- tabs, safe, sap, prokan, Staad pro etc.
