We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in both the conceptual and detailed design of various structures, including high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and mixed-use developments. This role requires expertise in managing the entire design process, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supervising on-site implementations.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Design and analyze structural systems for both new constructions and renovations using advanced software tools like AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, and Revit.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from concept to construction, ensuring designs meet client specifications and international building codes (ACI, ASCE, IBC, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Perform structural audits and peer reviews to validate the integrity and efficiency of design solutions.
• Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising structural integrity.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with local authorities and clients to obtain necessary approvals and resolve any design or construction issues.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in structural design software and familiarity with various building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
