Structural Engineer (DM Approved - G+12)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings
• Coordinate effectively with architectural, MEP, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and UAE standards
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve site issues
• Participate in project planning, value engineering, and design optimization

Requirements:

• Valid Dubai Municipality approval (Structural Engineer)
• Registration with Society of engineers is must
• Valid UAE driving license.
• 8 to 10 years Dubai experience in building projects (G+12 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, design software, and construction practices
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Availability: Immediate preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
