Structural Steel Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of UAE experience in structural steel design and detailing, with strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in preparing drawings, calculations, and design proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural steel design drawings and plans
• Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and engineering requirements
• Develop fabrication and erection drawings based on project needs
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and production teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and project guidelines
• Perform material take-offs, calculations, and technical reports
• Update and revise drawings as per site conditions or client feedback

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of UAE experience in structural steel design
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, load calculations, and fabrication methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, STAAD, or related engineering software
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
