Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic student counsellor to join our team at Alpha Global Education and Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate will guide students through the study abroad process, providing expert advice on universities, courses, visa applications, and career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
• Assist students in selecting suitable universities and courses based on their academic background, career aspirations, and financial capability.
• Guide students in preparing applications, SOPs, and other necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest policies, visa regulations, and university admissions processes in countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.
• Coordinate with universities and institutions for student applications and admission processes.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, and in-person counselling sessions to provide information on study abroad programs.
• Follow up with students and maintain records of inquiries, applications, and enrolments.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counselling, international relations, or a related field.
• No experience in study abroad counselling or a related field can be accepted.
• Strong knowledge of international education systems, universities, and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
