Civil Drafter Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed engineering drawings, including site layouts, profiles, and stormwater/drainage system designs using CAD software.
• Collaborate with civil engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Incorporate survey data into accurate drawings and verify for errors.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and surveyors to ensure design accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or certification in drafting or CAD technology.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, especially in stormwater management.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
