Subject Teacher

Role Overview

The Subject Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, maintaining an engaging classroom environment, and ensuring that all teaching practices are aligned with CBSE norms and school policies. The role requires strong subject expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to support the holistic development of students.
Student Development

• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support to students.
• Encourage critical thinking, conceptual clarity, and independent learning.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, student-friendly learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with strong conceptual clarity.
• B.Ed or M.Ed is mandatory.
• Strong computer proficiency, including basic Microsoft Office and digital teaching tools.
• Sound understanding of CBSE syllabus, exam patterns, and academic guidelines.
• Desired Skills & Personal Qualities
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Experience

• Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
• Strong command over subject matter with deep knowledge base.
• Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
• Professional behavior, punctuality, and commitment to deadlines.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn and adopt new methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
