Reports To: Construction Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team

performance, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will

possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in supervising

staff and coordinating tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Troubleshoot issues and support staff in resolving operational or workflow challenges.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required.

• Train, mentor, and support new and existing employees to enhance skills and performance.

• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience at a supervisory level.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and operational standards.

• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and reporting tools.

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
