2nd Shift - Mon-Thurs 3pm-1am
Position Description:
Oversee daily operations in a manufacturing facility, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely. Supervise staff, coordinate production schedules, maintain equipment, and enforce safety regulations.
Responsibilities:

Monitor production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency.

Efficiently address work quality issues, employee conflicts, and other workplace concerns in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members, and devise strategies to enhance productivity.

Serve as a liaison between floor employees and upper management.

Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.

Oversee daily operations within the manufacturing facility.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Manage and train production personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Implement process improvements to minimize costs and elevate production quality.

Prepare and review operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure the safety of operations and adherence to health and environmental regulations.

Perform all other assigned duties.
Key Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, plus two (2) years of college preferred.

Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to read blueprints and understand technical plans and drawings.
