Cheeky Monkeys in Fairview, TX is looking for one supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate has positive energy, is motivated, hard-working, and has availability to support us during closings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of Cheeky Monkeys, ensuring quality service and staff performance.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and upkeep of opening and/or closing duties.
• Support the Store Manager and Event Coordinator in daily tasks and event implementation
• Implement cost-effective measures and set budgets for efficient operations.
• Recruit and train staff, ensuring their ongoing competence and development.
• Practice good safety and maintain cleanliness in the Food & Beverage/Cafe area and Play Area.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a supervisor
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to train and lead a team to success
• Outstanding organizational skills
