To supervise and coordinate all day-to-day facilities management activities, ensuring effective maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of client premises, while leading a team of technicians and cleaners to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and general facility operations across assigned sites.
- Schedule and monitor daily activities of technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
- Handle client requests, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services.
- Maintain maintenance logs, work reports, and staff attendance records.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare reports and update management on work progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management supervision.
- Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and soft services operations.
- Ability to manage multi-site operations and workforce.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email reporting).
- UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
