Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Benha for a Supplier Outreach Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, conducting outreach efforts, gathering and updating supplier information, and ensuring data accuracy in the company’s database. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, assist suppliers with queries and encourage supplier participation in Z2Data’s ecosystem. Effective communication and organization are critical for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and manage effective outreach.
• Organizational and data management skills, including accuracy in updating supplier information and maintaining records.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve supplier-related challenges.
• Proficiency in relevant software or tools, such as CRM systems or database platforms, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, commerce or business (English), supply chain management (English) , or a relevant field is preferred.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in supplier management or related roles is a plus.
