Job Description:

We are seeking a data-savvy Supply Chain & Planning Executive to drive strategic decision-making through analytics while optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations. This hybrid role combines traditional supply chain management with advanced data analysis to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Planning & Execution:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence
• Optimize inventory levels through ABC analysis, safety stock modeling, and replenishment strategies
• Monitor and improve key metrics: OTIF, inventory turnover, days of supply, and forecast accuracy
• Coordinate procurement, production planning, and logistics to ensure seamless operations

2. Data Analytics & Reporting:

• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from multiple sources (ERP, sales, logistics)
• Develop dashboards and automated reports (Power BI/Tableau) for performance tracking
• Conduct root cause analysis of supply chain disruptions using data-driven approaches
• Build predictive models for demand variability, lead time optimization, and risk assessment
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis and logistics route optimization

3. Process Improvement:

• Implement digital tools and automation to enhance planning accuracy
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Economics or related field
• 3+ years experience in supply chain planning + data analysis (FMCG/retail/manufacturing preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in: Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and Data visualization (Power BI/ Tableau), ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX / D365)
