Job Title: Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi (Onsite Position)
Salary Range: Rs. 120,000.00 - Rs. 150,000.00 per month
Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Fri), with alternate Saturdays off

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to oversee the full spectrum of supply chain operations. This position requires a seasoned professional with international exposure, particularly in the Middle Eastern market, to ensure efficient procurement, transportation, and delivery of products. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics processes and maintaining strong relationships with our international partners. The role is based at our headquarters in DHA Phase 6, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management:
• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement, inventory management, and warehousing to final delivery.
• Monitor the efficiency of supply chain processes and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
• Handle all logistics-related functions including shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery, particularly focusing on the Middle East region.
• International Partnerships:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and suppliers, particularly in the Middle East.
• Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Address disruptions and find alternate solutions to avoid delays in the supply chain.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain and logistics performance, including KPIs, and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and logistics staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Ensure staff training and development to meet company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Proven experience handling international supply chains, with specific expertise in the Middle Eastern logistics market.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and delivery.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with international partners.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Proficient in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes.
• Ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.

• Must be based in Karachi or willing to relocate.
