Supply Chain Executive

Job Purpose:

The Executive manages and processes the orders, ensuring smooth and efficient handling by

company policies. This role involves coordinating with various departments, Dealer, and

providing customer satisfaction while minimizing losses.

Responsibilities:

1. To handle all kinds of enquires related to domestic sales

2. Handling of Dealers & Key customers.

3. Order Receiving from Dealer /Customer through software or mail.

4. Coordinating with different divisions/departments in the process of order processing

5. Coordinating with the dealers, customers, and Field team to know the Order

Processing status.

6. Pending order follow-up.

7. Support to Dealers, Customers, and Field Team for all their needs for HQ

8. Support to FG team while order processing, order clarification, etc.

9. Generating the report based on the requirements of the marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience

Skills:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.
