Supply Chain Controlling Team Leader/Manager (Finance)


  • University Degree
  • Min. 3 years of Financial Controlling experience in production companies
  • Accounting background is a must
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes
  • Strong SAP knowledge is a must
  • Excellent level of English
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Confident in data reporting and analysis
  • High adaptation and accountability skills
  • No obstacle to travel



Job Description

  • Reporting to Head of Controlling
  • Monitor, analyze, and report the financial performance of supply chain operations (procurement, logistics, warehousing, production planning)
  • Control key KPIs such as inventory levels, procurement costs, transportation, and warehousing expenses
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes with detailed supply chain cost analysis and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy of cost flows in SAP/ERP systems and provide transparency to management
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for supply chain activities
  • Provide financial insights and support to cost efficiency and optimization projects within the supply chain
  • Ensure alignment with global and local finance policies and standards
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain leadership to enable data-driven decision-making
