Your Tasks

Prepare monthly commercial activity tracking reports

Prepare activity analysisTrack visibility scorecards

Work in close collaboration with our Supply Chain department, especially planning team

Learn and take responsibility for operations, assigning projects and following up

Monitor and report daily/weekly stock levels

Analyze gaps between sales forecasts and planned orders

Track product availability and service level KPIs

Support material and finished goods planning activities

Assist logistics operations (warehouse, shipments, returns) and related documentation

Update KPI dashboards (fill rate, forecast accuracy, stock health, etc.)

Contribute to monthly Supply Chain performance reports

Participate in process improvement initiatives (e.g., stock optimization, cost reduction, digitalization)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) on operational projects

Support operational planning for new product launches


Your Profile

Student from a recognized University

3rd or 4th year student

Ability to work on-site 2 days a week and remotely 1 day a week (minimum 3 working days in total)

Advanced English

Basic Excel knowledge and formulas

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
