Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate production orders (single and bulk) in ERP based on supplier capacity and performance.
• Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Oversee supplier efficiency, analyze performance data, and optimize workload distribution.
• Coordinate FBA production and ensure timely readiness of bulk inventory for shipment.
• Manage warehouse inventory through ERP, ensuring accuracy and smooth stock movement.
• Forecast product and material requirements to maintain balanced inventory levels.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain reports on production status, supplier utilization, and inventory performance.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or inventory management (preferably apparel/leather).
• Strong ERP knowledge and Excel skills.
• Analytical and planning mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
