Responsibilities

· Plan and allocate production orders (single and bulk) in ERP based on supplier capacity and performance.

· Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of orders.

· Oversee supplier efficiency, analyze performance data, and optimize workload distribution.

· Coordinate FBA production and ensure timely readiness of bulk inventory for shipment.

· Manage warehouse inventory through ERP, ensuring accuracy and smooth stock movement.

· Forecast product and material requirements to maintain balanced inventory levels.

· Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

· Maintain reports on production status, supplier utilization, and inventory performance.

Requirements

· 5–6 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or inventory management (preferably apparel/leather).

· Strong ERP knowledge and Excel skills.

· Analytical and planning mindset

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
