Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Riyadh-based operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing suppliers to ensure that Gasable's marketplace consistently delivers quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for engineering and energy-related products.
• Conduct supplier assessments and ensure compliance with Gasable's quality standards.
• Manage supplier onboarding, contracts, and documentation.
• Review and interpret product catalogs and technical specifications for accurate listings.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive long-term collaboration.
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline supply chain processes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and pricing insights.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management.
• Strong understanding of engineering products and ability to interpret technical data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management tools (ERP/CRM).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and current industry trends.
• Certification such as CSCP or CPIM is a plus.
• Very good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
