Supply Chain Systems Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Systems Administrator. This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain systems. The Systems Administrator will lead systems role appropriation, systems documentation, and systems training. Key internal stakeholders include IT, supply chain, finance.

What you need / Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in business systems administration or a related field.
• Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues.
• Excellent organization skills to maintain records and follow cadence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Coupa preferred.
• Experience in automotive or operations preferred.
• Strong project management skills.

What you'll do:

• Creating and managing user accounts and security permissions, and adding role-based access for users to supply chain systems.
• Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and access privileges.
• Configure and maintain supply chain business applications.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with the supply chain team and other systems users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply chain systems access and capabilities.
• Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues about supply chain systems.
• Provide user training and onboarding for supply chain systems users both internal and External.
• Partner with IT security and administration team where necessary.
• Support a mix of internal and external systems.
