Your role is to engage directly with supply chain executives, diagnose challenges, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable impact. What You'll Do:

Partner with business leaders:
Act as a trusted advisor during strategic planning and execution, helping stakeholders articulate needs and shape transformation priorities.

Define use cases, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps for technology and process changes.

Ensure every initiative reflects the operator's perspective and delivers practical, scalable value.

Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with IT, engineering, product, and operations teams to balance technical feasibility with business realities.

Who You Are

Experienced in leading or supporting complex supply chain networks and familiar with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS).

Skilled at building credibility with operators and translating between business and technical teams.

Strong strategic instincts with the ability to balance user empathy, technical depth, and business judgment.
