WE'RE HIRING (Support Associates and Linguistic Recruiters)

Office Location: Bahria town phase 7, Rawalpindi

Shift timings for females: 1pm to 10pm

For Males : 4pm to 1am/5pm to 2am/ 6pm to 3am

Offering 50k - 70k Basic with multiple bonuses up to 40k

Experienced/fresh candidates are encouraged to apply (Salary is negotiable)

Support Associate

Translation Empire is a leader in providing translation and interpretation services . Role and Responsibilities

As a Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibility is to provide excellent service by assisting customers with their inquiries/complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role requires a person who is a strong problem-solver and is committed to putting the customer first.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and offering effective solutions.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall processes.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible support.
  • Handling customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is genuinely excited to help people and has a passion for providing outstanding service.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
