We are looking for a talented Male candidate. As a Customer Support Intern, who will be responsible for providing support to our customers and internal office staff, escalating their queries, and ensuring a quick complaint resolution.

key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively

- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers

- Align team to resolve Customer Complains.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary

- Document customer interactions using our CRM and other software

- Stay up-to-date to provide the best possible support

Requirements:

- Must be Intermidiate and have good command in English Language.

- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS-Office

Experienece:

1 year in support role or fresh

Location: Clifton
Near By residents are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
