Reliance IT Middle East is expanding and we’re looking for a Service & Support Engineer experienced in supporting VIP and Executive users .
Must-have requirements (please read before applying):
🔹 Proven track record delivering fast, confident, empathetic VIP/Executive support
🔹 Exceptional English (spoken + written) and a professional, polished presence
🔹 Strong technical support background across M365, Entra ID, Windows/macOS, networking
🔹 Self-driven , disciplined, and able to operate independently in sensitive environments
🔹 Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket management skills
🔹 Currently in the UAE (Dubai preferred) or able to relocate quickly
