Surveyor (UAE Experienced | Total Station Expert)Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience using Total Station equipment and proven knowledge of land and construction surveying within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, and construction site surveys using Total Station.
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and levels accurately.
• Prepare and maintain surveying sketches, maps, and field notes.
• Work closely with site engineers to provide accurate survey data.
• Perform setting out for construction projects (roads, buildings, infrastructure).
• Verify measurements, calculations, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Upload and manage survey data using relevant software.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE surveying experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Total Station (Leica, Topcon, or Sokkia).
• Experience in construction and land development projects.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and site plans.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with site teams.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD or Civil 3D knowledge
• Ability to manage survey teams independently
