Responsibilities:
 

• Develop, implement, and manage the sustainability strategy, programs, and initiatives within the organization.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into the core operations and culture.
• Identify material issues and establish sustainability goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track organizational sustainability progress and impact.
• Ensure communication of sustainability data collection and analysis through an annual sustainability report, adhering to internationally recognized standards.
   

Key Tasks:
 

• Support the ESG strategy by tracking KPIs and sustainability goals.
• Manage ESG data flow to stakeholders and collaborate on ESG program development and adaptation.
• Assist in the preparation, administration, justification, and monitoring of the annual Environment, Sustainability & Climate Action budget.
• Identify and develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the financial implications of sustainability initiatives, seeking ways to make sustainability economically viable.
• Maintain and apply a deep understanding of the sustainability and ESG landscape, including regulatory requirements, reporting frameworks, rating agencies, and best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations, anticipate regulatory changes, and assess risks and opportunities in the sustainability and ESG space.
• Ensure organizational compliance and advocate for necessary change.
• Represent the organization in sustainability-related events, conferences, and forums.
• Support sustainable practices within the industry and broader community.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor and act on their behalf when necessary.
