DBS Group Audit prides itself with the use of Data Analytics & Digital in enhancing audit effectiveness and efficiency. To that end, the Group Audit Data Analytics & Platform (DAP) team is responsible for driving innovation in Analytics & Digital to help audit teams uncover risks and control weakness across different markets and advance the Digital Auditing journey.

Job Purpose

As Senior Vice President within the Cybersecurity Audit team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the standards for auditing cybersecurity controls across both emerging and established technologies. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Cybersecurity Audit Lead, you will lead comprehensive, end-to-end cybersecurity audits, ensure timely resolution of issues, and validate post-remediation controls. You will proactively monitor the evolving IT landscape and spearhead continuous auditing initiatives that drive both effectiveness and efficiency within the audit function.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute comprehensive cybersecurity audits across the bank, providing reliable and independent assurance.
  • Assess and monitor the effectiveness of cyber defense controls and processes.
  • Identify and evaluate risks in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, educating and influencing on control frameworks and business processes.
  • Define and develop requirements for continuous auditing.
  • Supervise and mentor audit team members.
  • Develop audit project and manage the audit plan and resources.
  • Track audit issue closure and validate control effectiveness post-remediation.
  • Proactively monitor the evolving cyber landscape and spearhead continuous auditing initiatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the audit function.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and technology audit.
  • Hands on expertise in independent security assessments of IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, operations, and application security.
  • Expertise to interpret vulnerabilities and recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with cyber related regulations (MAS, CSA, HKMA, RBI, FSI) and compliance frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Professional certifications: CISA, CISSP.
