About us

The Regional MarTech team defines, enables and implements the use of AI and technolgoy to drive best-in-class client engagement, to create personalised experiences to drive impactful outcomes for our clients and front line staff across the Private Bank and Consumer Bank. We are focused on understanding our customers' needs, behaviours, motivations and emotions through use of data and experimentation. The insights we derive from this process drive everything we do, from product strategy to design, implementation and driving results.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the conceptualization and development of solutions and capabilties incorporating the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI to drive significant impact. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, data science, product and other cross-functional teams across the DBS Private and Consumer Bank.

Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Generative AI features and solutions, aligned with overall business goals and market trends. This includes conducting market research, prototyping, client and front line (Realtionship Managers) needs, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI to enhance our products and processes.
  • Feature Definition & Prioritization: Develop solution requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new AI/GenAI features. Prioritize features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with engineering, data science, design and other teams to ensure seamless solution development and delivery. Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and requirements to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new AI/GenAI features, including marketing plans, launch activities, and user training materials.
  • Metrics & Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI/GenAI features. Collect and act on feedback to itterate on the solution as needed.
  • Thoughtleadership: Continuously research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in technology and capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation, improvement and application across CBGWM.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or any related quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience, preferably in consultancy or financial services industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and manage evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Interact with and influence senior management, such as BU and Market Heads.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience or strong domain knowledge of investment and wealth planning products for the high net-worth segment is a major plus
