Role Overview:
The System Administrator – IT Trainer will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure and delivering hands-on training on system administration tools and technologies to students, interns, or employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Handle basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Monitor system performance, backups, and security updates
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Deliver classroom and practical training on System Administration topics
- Prepare training material, lab exercises, and assignments
- Guide trainees on real-time scenarios and best practices
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
- Maintain training lab systems and documentation
Training Topics (Expected):
- Windows Server & Active Directory basics
- Linux administration fundamentals
- Networking fundamentals
- Hardware & troubleshooting
- System security basics and backups
- Virtualization basics (VMware / VirtualBox)
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux administration
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
- Basic scripting knowledge is an added advantage
- Comfortable with classroom and online training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.53 - ₹45,000.65 per month
