&iuml;&sbquo;&middot; Good understanding in the areas of Oracle based application programming, database and system design.</div><div>
&iuml;&sbquo;&middot; Good understanding of Internet, Intranet and client/server architectures.</div><div>
&iuml;&sbquo;&middot; Good understanding of how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other.</div><div>
&iuml;&sbquo;&middot; Able to analyze business / functional requirements &amp; translate them into concrete specifications for developers to develop the application.</div><div>
&iuml;&sbquo;&middot; Ability to train, lead and mentor junior analysts.</div><div>
&iuml;&sbquo;&middot; Proactive, client oriented, result oriented, 'can do' mentality.</div><div>
&iuml;&sbquo;&middot; Able to clearly document the requirements with workflow using MS Vision.<br>

&iuml;&sbquo;&middot; Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science /Information Systems or related Technical degree.<br>
