System Analyst - Cards and Lending

Overview

The System Analyst for Cards and Lending is responsible for supporting the technology needs of the Cards and Lending business unit. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze system capabilities, and design solutions to improve processes and systems related to card services and lending products.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for card services and lending products.
• Assess existing systems and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and propose solutions that optimize processes and systems within the Cards and Lending domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable specifications.
• Support project management activities and coordinate with IT teams to deliver on initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of card services and lending products, processes, and systems.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, system analysis, and project management.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
