We are looking for a
"Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist"
to work for the Human Resources Directorate at Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.Ş.
The position is located in Körfez, Kocaeli, Türkiye.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or Management Engineering

Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment processes and assessment center tools, with a strong background in employer branding
-
Experience in employer branding, internal communication and corporate event management
-
Experience in production companies/sectors and knowledge of SAP HR modules would be an advantage
-
Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational, problem-solving, collaborative and analytical thinking skills
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and excellent verbal and written English skills
JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management

Proactively source and identify talent through direct search and headhunting activities

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies and ethical hiring standards

Develop and implement the annual internal communications plan in line with the company’s overall communications strategy

Design, organize and promote internal corporate events, including creating event-related communication materials
-
Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze the results and provide comprehensive reports to management
-
Manage employer branding initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and communication with agencies, as well as internal and external stakeholders

Manage media relations, including preparing and distributing press releases
