Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing recruitment efforts. This role is integral to the success of our hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and external partners to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities

Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition and posting through to offer acceptance.

Draft and post job advertisements on various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and the company’s career site.

Screen incoming resumes to identify strong matches and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit.

Coordinate interviews, working with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely scheduling and smooth communication.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support the TA Managers with ad-hoc projects.

Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, interview logistics, and feedback to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, including content creation for social media and talent campaigns.

Help foster external relationships with universities, professional networks, and recruitment agencies to support pipeline development.

Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader People & Talent team, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a recruitment, HR, or coordination role (internships count!).

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
