Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and supporting organizational staffing needs. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Create and post job descriptions across job boards and social platforms.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and candidate databases.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
• Conduct reference checks and assist in onboarding processes.
• Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and campus drives.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Provide recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership
