About the Role
We are building a world-class recruiting engine for Diageo Türkiye. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will shape the experience of every candidate, strengthen our diverse talent pipelines and activate our employer brand across the market. You will partner with hiring teams, influence decisions and turn strategic talent priorities into real outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
Lead Employer Brand and Inclusion Activities
Use our brand voice to tell our story across Türkiye
Create sourcing campaigns that reach diverse and high-potential talent
Build strong partnerships with universities, platforms and communities
Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle
Write clear job descriptions and candidate profiles
Post roles across our channels and attract the right talent
Screen, shortlist and interview candidates using objective and modern selection methods
Complete reference checks and support hiring managers through final decisions
Build Talent Pipelines and Market Insight
Use talent mapping, sourcing tools and market trends to identify future talent
Develop pipelines for critical roles and ensure strong diverse representation
Share insights with hiring teams to guide planning and decision making
Shape Culture and Drive Change
Advise hiring managers on inclusive and consistent hiring practices
Create a high quality candidate and hiring manager experience
Turn ideas into action and deliver talent outcomes with speed and care
Experience / skills required
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding or inclusion projects
Strong English skills and high digital fluency
Analytical, organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Confident, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence with empathy and clarity
High integrity and professionalism, especially in confidential situations
Consultative mindset and the ability to guide hiring partners toward inclusive decisions
