Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support enrollment for our in-house training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with both candidates and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment cycle for various internal roles
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and follow-up records
• Draft and post job descriptions across hiring platforms
• Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Communicate with potential trainees and explain available training programs
• Conduct counseling (telephonic & in-person) for training enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, counseling, or student enrollment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
